Went to get a cut... because I didn't check in online, they wanted me to wait in the car in 100+ temps for 30 mins. What happened to walk-ins welcome?

This was so easy to plan, I would check my location online an it shows a live timer, when it is under 5 minutes I head that way, so cool. The stylist Hanna was amazing. This was in Roanoke TX....

Best experience I've ever had at ANY salon! Girls so nice and upbeat. Very friendly and professional. My stylist Leah was on her toes and knew exactly what I wanted. The store manager was very insightful on all the product and made me feel right at home. I can't wait to go back. I recommend for everyone!
